A branding session with me feels easy and collaborative. A single business headshot can take as little as 20 minutes. A full personal branding photography session, which often includes multiple locations and outfit changes, typically runs 2–3 hours.
How much does business portrait and branding photography cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of your shoot — whether you need a quick LinkedIn headshot, a full-day personal branding session, or company-wide corporate portraits. I have a range of packages available for small business, however I can also tailor a quote based on a simple hourly or day rate to suit your needs.

How should I prepare for my branding photoshoot?
Think about how you want your brand to be seen. Choose outfits that align with your business image, tidy up your workspace if it will be included, and bring any props or tools that represent your work. I’ll guide you through the process so you feel comfortable and confident.
What should I wear for my photo session?
Keep it simple and professional. Neutral colours, earthy tones, pastels, soft textures, and layers work beautifully. Add a pop of colour that reflects your brand. It’s usually best to avoid bright, clashing colours and bold prints that draw the eye away from what’s most important — you! Choose clothes you feel comfortable in, that reflect your style and your profession. The most important thing is that you feel like yourself. I’ll send you a guide with tips before your session.
What is the best time of day for photos?
The soft light in the early morning (around sunrise) or late afternoon (about an hour before sunset) is great for outdoor sessions. If we’re at your workplace indoors, mid-morning is a good time. We’ll work with the available natural light and add some fill-in flash if need be. If we are photographing headshots with a background and studio lighting, anytime works.
Do you offer retouching for headshots and business portraits?
Yes. All final images are professionally edited to ensure you look polished and natural, without losing authenticity.
What is your turnaround time?
For business portraits and headshots, you’ll receive your final images within 1–2 weeks. Branding photography sessions may take a little longer depending on the scope, but I’ll always give you a clear timeline. Rush options available — if you need something urgently, please let me know.
